Dark Blue 18 Inch Tissue Paper Fan (12 Pieces)

The 18 inch fan is one of our most popular items, and for good reason! Due to its "medium" size, it can be used in both large and small spaces. Coordinate with smaller and similar sized items to decorate a small space, such as our 13" fans, 18" fanburst, and 12" balls and diamonds. Combine with larger items, such as our 21", 26", and 27" fans and fanbursts, 14" balls, and 18" diamonds for larger displays.

Tissue paper fans are an easy and fun way to create a photo backdrop. Simply unfurl the fan and use the attached string to hang along a wall. Stored carefully, you can use these fans for many events!

The dark blue fan is a deep, vibrant blue, usually described as a royal blue.
